Independent Research

In accordance with SEC 28(e), Interstate provides independent (third party) research products and services which are valuable in the investment decision making process. On every trading execution, a portion of the gross commission charged is applied to the purchase of designated research services. All research services and trades are reflected on Interstate's specialized monthly account statement.

Commission Recapture Program

Through our Commission Recapture Program, we provide public and private employee benefit plans the ability to recapture commission dollars for the benefit of the Plan's participants. We provide the Plan with services, such as custodial, record-keeping or other third party administrative services; or we rebate to the plan a portion of the commission generated by those transactions.
